Job Descriptions
ㆍGather, clean, organize and transform data from social media with analytics tools
ㆍ Analyze data to prepare reports and recommend strategies to increase brand performance
such as followers, mentions and engagement on social media
ㆍSupport in creating proposals/reports of social listening, crisis monitoring, online research
or any data analysis related project
ㆍ Support in exploring mar-tech tools/solutions to support with current CXD solutions
ㆍSupport in exploring social media trends to summarize and analyze in client's reports
คุณสมบัติ
Qualifications
ㆍ The main tasks will not involve programming or coding
ㆍ Able to read a high amount of text/data in working routine
ㆍ Good logic for data labeling/data cleansing task
ㆍGood knowledge of digital marketing and social awareness
ㆍ Strong ability to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point
