หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

This role will be responsible for the following:

1. Responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end solutions in the cloud computing field, leading system integration, handling engineering problems and closed loops, ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction;

2. Responsible for cloud system operation and maintenance, leading business system monitoring and fault handling, ensuring stable operation of cloud services, continuously improving user experience and product capabilities through means such as automatic diagnosis;

3. Based on customer business scenarios, design solutions, analyze and solve problem in timely manner through tooling and other means to improve customer satisfaction;

4. Based on the evaluation of product and solutions, carry out forward-looking service solution designs, and achieve low-cost, high-quality delivery and maintenance of public clouds, hybrid clouds, and private clouds, etc.;

5. Responsible for designing and developing tool systems, building delivery, operation and service platforms oriented towards the future;

6. Summarize and categorize customer problems, precipitate systematic tool platforms, understand customer business scenarios, and promote product and service improvement.

คุณสมบัติ

The candidates must possess the following:

[Required]

1. Strong customer services awareness with good communication, understanding, and interpersonal skills;

2. Familiarity with one or more programming languages, such as Java/Go/Python;

3. Familiarity with the basic principles of products such as computing/operating system/virtualization/storage/networking/databases/security;

4. Strong ability in problem positioning, analysis and solving;

5. Strong ability to withstand pressure with a sense of responsibility and good teamwork;

6. Proficient English communication skills both oral and written expression.

[Preferred]

1. Relevant internship or project experience in a campus or internet company;

2. Participated in international competitions and achieved excellent result such as ACM, ICPC, Google Code Jam, etc.;

3. Participated in the development or writing of international industry standards such as ISO, IEEE, etc.;

4. Published academic papers in related fields and received high evaluations and recognition;

5. Participated in related academic conferences and gave excellent speeches or presentations.
