• Order to Cash (Internship)

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

Telemarketer

- Telephone selling to approach new customer

- Explore new markets and business opportunities

- Create daily sales report

- Maintain good relationships with clients

Social Media Content

- Understand consumers’ trends, insights and turn to compelling content

- Work closely with related team to create a content strategy for social media platform

- Monitor competitor movement

- Track performance and report

.

 Order to Cash

- Ensure accurate invoicing to customers

- Allocate all incoming payments correctly using remittance advice, provide receipts if required by local legislation, and activate customer packages

- Manage a portfolio of debtors accounts within agreed KPI’s and targets, focusing on reduction of % of overdue debts and improvement in cash collections (certain locations only)
